At Drizik Eyecare we take patient and staff safety seriously. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis we ask that you reschedule your appointment if you have any of the following symptoms.
- Fever
- Difficulty Breathing or sore throat
- Loss of smell and taste
- Have recently been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19
We are checking everyone's temperature at the door and ask that you wear a mask and disinfect your hands when you come in. A surgical mask will be provided to you if you do not have one.
